The video footage shows the two leaders shaking hands on a red carpet and then engaging in what appears to be a friendly but animated discussion before walking together to a waiting car.
Ukraine's President Zelensky Comments
Notably, Ukraine's President Zelensky, who is not invited to the summit, released a statement saying that his country is "counting on America" and there's "no indication" Russia is preparing to end the war.
